Our turning precision reaches IT1–IT6 grades, with roundness controlled to within 0.002 mm and surface roughness controlled between Ra 0.05 μm and 1.6 μm—ideal for high-demand machined parts and mating components. Regarding milling, we utilize vertical, horizontal, and CNC milling machines capable of processing flat surfaces, grooves, gears, cams, and complex contours. This enables the stable manufacturing of both structural components and mold parts, achieving milling precision within the IT1–IT7 range, with strict control metrics for both flatness and positional accuracy.
